The secret of simple living!!!!: Freedom from stress is right here

Simplicity is an underrated secret to living a truly happy and meaningful life. However, it is not as easy to simplify your life as it seems to be. It takes time, effort and development of the right habit attitude. Nonetheless, the result is worth the struggle.
Escape The Panic Mode. 8 out of 10 problems do not require your participation to get them solved. They are tackled by themselves. Too often the complexity of the issue is exaggerated in your mind. Do not enter the panic mode and get worried without a reason. Hit a pause and wait until the things settle.
Avoid Negative People. The world is full of awful things that you will face throughout your life. Therefore there is no need to get around people who will exaggerate the complexity of every single issue. Avoid those who constantly complain, whine and radiate negativity. Hang out with easy going and always positive, smiling people who will charge you with the positive energy and guarantee a great mood.
Get Rid Of Stuff. If you haven`t used a thing or worn some clothes for the last year or two, you are not likely to get back to them again. Become ruthless with the things you do not use for a long time. All they do is add even more mess and complexity to your life. Clean out your house at least once a year. Toss unnecessary stuff out and do your best to avoid clutter.
Do Not Compare Yourself With Others. The tendency to compare ourselves to others is inherent in all human beings. However, this habit has no positive effect on your inspiration, productivity and success. Moreover, it harms them. It never leads to anything good, but rather makes you feel stupid and unmotivated.
Take Time For All Things. Do not rush your life. Great haste usually makes great waste. Slow down for a while. Take a break. Reflect on ambitions, aspirations and opportunities you have. Prioritize the things and figure out what matters the most for you. Avoid multitasking and learn to focus on one task at a time.
Do Not Try To Fix Everything. Sometimes you cannot fix already broken things. The good thing is you do not need to. In most cases, it is not worth the struggle. From broken phone to broken relationships and friendship ties… Everything comes to end at some point. You have to acknowledge this and take it easy if you are not willing to complicate your life. Sometimes, the best decision is to let it go.
Reduce A Number Of Commitments. If you earn a reputation of a person that is always ready to undertake each and every new task and help everybody, you risk becoming overloaded with duties. A huge bunch of commitments is the reason why you always lack time, feel exhausted and depressed. You do not have to be everywhere and do everything. Flex you ‘No’ muscle and soon you will realize how life gets simpler because of fewer tasks, worries and responsibilities.

How OPEC Agreed A 1.2Mbpd Production Cut

After months of wheeling and dealing, the member nations of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) have finally agreed an average drop in production level of 1.2 million barrels per day, effective January. The agreement exempted Nigeria and Libya, but gave Iraq its first quotas since the 1990s, Bloomberg reports. Iran seems to be the greatest winner, as OPEC agreed for the country to raise output to about 3.8 million barrels a day as the country sought special treatment as it recovers from sanctions. However, Iraq OPEC’s second-largest producer, agreed to cut by 210,000 barrels a day from October levels despite its previous push for special consideration based on the urgency of its offensive against Islamic State. Saudi Arabia, which raised oil production to a record this year, will reduce output by 486,000 barrels a day to 10.058 million a day. The United Arab Emirates and Kuwait will reduce output by 139,000 barrels a day and 131,000 a day while ...

BOOM: Nigeria’s External Reserves Drops To Lowest In 11 Years

Nigeria’s foreign exchange reserve fell to $25,780,765,483 (25.78 billion) as of August 16, the lowest we have seen since 2005. The drop was down 2.11% from a month ago. In fact, the external reserves has dropped by about $480 million dollars in August alone compared to just $100 million in the whole of July. Ironically, the current balance of $25.9 billion is worth about 80% more than what it was in Naira following the depreciation of the naira after it was floated. The CBN has in the past few days ramped up sales of dollars at the interbank in the hope that it will create liquidity in a market that is yawning gape to swallow forex after nearly almost two years of intense rationing by the CBN. The Naira weakened to its lowest ever at the interbank after it closed at about N362.5/$1 in midday trading. The Naira will eventua...
